Late payments may result in additional fees, which will include a late charge of 5% of the total invoice amount or $50, whichever is greater, and may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month until paid in full.

### 7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is available on our website or outlined in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur fees, while cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee. Failure to comply may result in cancellation fees.

Mediation or arbitration may be initiated by submitting a written request to the other party outlining the dispute and proposed resolution. The costs associated with mediation or arbitration will be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Fifty Pounds Moving Company, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
